20. Made‑to‑order products
Some items may be produced specifically for you (made‑to‑order). You may cancel a made‑to‑order product within 48 hours of placing your order without charge. After 48 hours, cancellation is not permitted until the order is fulfilled or unless we decide at our discretion to allow cancellation. Made‑to‑order products may take up to four weeks for delivery within the UK mainland and up to five weeks for deliveries outside of the UK mainland. Because these items are custom‑made, they cannot be returned unless there is a manufacturing defect or other issue covered under our Refund Policy.
